Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:

- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@doreveluxury.com
- Include your order number and photos
- We will send a replacement or issue a refund
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbors and around your delivery location
- Contact your local carrier to file a claim
- Contact us if the package is still missing after 48 hours
In-transit loss or damage (before delivery confirmation): Fully covered by us. We will resend your order or issue a full refund.
Stolen Packages
If your package was confirmed delivered but stolen:
- File a police report (if required by your local carrier)
- File a claim with the shipping carrier
- Contact us - we'll work with you to find a resolution
Customs & Import Duties

Incorrect Address

Returned Due to Incorrect Address
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address:

P.O. Box Delivery
We can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS for U.S. customers. Please note:
- Some carriers (UPS, FedEx) cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes
- If your order requires a carrier that cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, we will contact you
Order Changes & Cancellations
